Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Orders are typically roasted, packed, and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high-volume periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Metro & major cities: 5–6 business days

  • Non-metro & remote locations: Up to 10 business days

All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. The Coffee Cellar is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if the package appears to be tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@thecoffeecellar.in along with clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and, if verified, arrange for a replacement.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, risk of loss passes to the customer.


International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within India. If international shipping becomes available in the future, applicable duties, customs fees, and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
