Refund policy
We do not offer returns, which means once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned.
As coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the item has been delivered. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You can reach us at hello@thecoffeecellar.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the issue for verification.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received, a replacement may be issued after verification.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to perishable goods such as coffee, as per applicable consumer regulations.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
In rare cases where a refund is approved at our discretion (for example, if a replacement is not possible), we will notify you once we’ve reviewed the issue. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
