In our coffee-producing country, fresh coffee is still a rare sight in homes. Most people still choose instant coffee that’s convenient but forgettable. Some chase single estate beans, which may feel intimidating, and at times, inconsistent. Freshness is rare, information is confusing, and most people can’t find the beans they'll love amid a sea of options.

  • Specialty coffee refers to the highest grade of coffee available out there, calculated by a universally recognized scoring system. Such coffee scores 80+ points on a 100-point scale, defining traits like flavor, quality, traceability, et cetera. We do the leg work of researching and finding specialty grade beans so you don't have to. But if you're still interested, relevant information for each coffee is available on our product pages.

  • The freshness of coffee beans is defined not by the harvesting of the cherries, but by roasting. Beans develop their flavor only once they're roasted, and gradually start losing their aroma over time from them on. So when looking for fresh coffee, focus on batches that are recently roasted.

  • A blend is crafted by mixing beans of various origins, flavor profiles or varieties. While single estate coffees highlight the characteristics of their regions (which may vary from season to season), blends spotlight their palate possibilities. We choose to blend based on flavor, so that you can explore coffee based on profiles you like and can depend on, consistently.

  • Our Classic Collection offers blends that pair well with milk beverages, while the Exotic Collection offers complex flavors that really shine when had black. Founder's note

Hey there!

Some of you might recognize me from my Instagram page @amanwithcoffee, where for the past three years I’ve been creating fun, honest content around coffee — breaking myths, sharing brewing tips and helping people enjoy better cups at home.

But somewhere along the way, I realized I wanted to go a level deeper. I didn’t just want to talk about coffee anymore — I wanted to shape the experience.

The Coffee Cellar is the result of this evolution.

From the beans you choose, to how they’re roasted, brewed and finally enjoyed, every step of the coffee journey influences your cup. And I think the key to more people drinking fresh coffee is in simplifying this journey.

This brand (or rather experiment of mine) is built on everything I’ve learned from running a café, brewing thousands of cups and listening closely to what people actually struggle with. It’s about making great coffee feel approachable, not intimidating.

The Coffee Cellar is a space to discover coffee all over again: to slow down, brew better, and experience coffee the way it’s meant to be.
